Organoleptical characteristics |
Colour: brilliant, ruby-red turning to garnet red during the ageing. Bouquet: clear vinous smell with an intense and distinctive nose. Taste: dry, slightly tannic with a good body. It is an harmonious wine. |

A wine to be enjoyed with food. Best served with Tuscan
hors-d’œuvres, risotto, pasta with tomato, meat, mushrooms, chicken livers sauces. Excellent with stewed and roasted white meat as well as with grilled meat, sliced salami and ham, aged cheeses. |
Serving Temperature |
The best serving temperature for tasting is 20°-22°C. |
Storage |
It can be kept for 3-4 years if stored in cool and dark cellars. |
